Virtual therapy for adults (18+) across Pennsylvania
Pennsylvania telehealth notice
At this time, therapy/telehealth services are available only to clients physically located in Pennsylvania at the time of session.
This is a licensing requirement: clients must be located in a state where the clinician is legally permitted to practice during the appointment.
“Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes.” – Carl Jung
Therapy here is for people who want more than surface-level support. If you’re tired of generic advice, worksheets that don’t land, or feeling like you have to perform wellness — this is a different kind of space.
I work with adults who think deeply, feel intensely, and are ready to look honestly at what’s happening beneath the surface. Sessions are structured, direct, and collaborative. We don’t just talk about what’s wrong — we make sense of patterns, name dynamics, and build the kind of insight that changes how you move through the world.
Who I Work With:
I work with adults navigating:
- Burnout and chronic overwhelm — when high performance meets emotional exhaustion and you can’t think your way out of it
- Identity and life transitions — career shifts, evolving relationships, questioning who you are versus who you’ve been performing as
- Grief and loss — not just death, but the loss of relationships, roles, expectations, and versions of yourself you’ve outgrown
- Relational patterns — cycles of people-pleasing, conflict avoidance, emotional withdrawal, or choosing relationships that replicate old dynamics
- Boundary development — learning to set, hold, and communicate limits without guilt or over-explaining
- Emotional regulation — understanding your nervous system, your triggers, and how to respond rather than react
- Anxiety and depression — particularly when it shows up as overthinking, numbness, irritability, or a persistent sense that something is off
This is affirming care for LGBTQ+ individuals, BIPOC clients, and anyone whose identity intersects with systems that weren’t designed for them.
“Therapy here is collaborative. I don’t prescribe answers — I help you clarify what’s actually happening beneath the surface.”
My Approach
I draw from relational, systems-based, and trauma-informed frameworks. In practice, that means:
I pay attention to context. Your mental health doesn’t exist in a vacuum. The systems you navigate — family, work, culture, identity — are part of the picture. We look at all of it.
I prioritize patterns over symptoms. Anxiety and depression are real, and they also point to something. We explore what’s underneath so the work has lasting impact.
I’m direct. I’ll reflect what I see, ask the questions other people avoid, and challenge you with care. I won’t waste your time or mine.
I value collaboration. You know your life better than anyone. My job is to help you see it more clearly, not to tell you what to do with it.
What to Expect
Sessions are held virtually via a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform. In-person sessions will be available in Philadelphia beginning mid-July 2026. Insurance-based therapy sessions are 45 minutes. Private-pay 60-minute sessions are available at $150.
Frequency is typically weekly to start, with flexibility to adjust as your needs evolve.
First session: We’ll talk about what brought you here, what you’ve already tried, and what you’re hoping to get out of this work. No intake interrogation — just a real conversation about where you are and where you want to go.
Ongoing sessions: Each session has structure and direction. We’ll work on what’s most alive for you while keeping the bigger picture in view.
Availability
- Virtual sessions: Available now — Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays from 12 PM to 8 PM

Fees and Insurance
In network with Aetna, Cigna, Optum, Lyra, Oscar, and Quest Behavioral Health. Insurance-based sessions are typically 45 minutes, depending on plan rules and clinical fit.
Private-pay 60-minute therapy sessions are available at $150. I can also provide a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement when appropriate.
A limited sliding-scale option may be available based on financial need and current availability. If cost is a concern, bring it up during the consultation so we can talk honestly about fit and options.
This Might Be a Good Fit If…
- You want a therapist who’s warm but won’t sugarcoat things
- You’re looking for insight, not just coping strategies
- You want to understand your patterns, not just manage your symptoms
- You need a space where your full identity is welcomed without explanation
- You’re ready to do real work, even when it’s uncomfortable
